The Executive - MI will be responsible for maintaining accurate data reports to help support and drive the performance of the Customer Services function. To support all levels of staff with the aim of making their roles easier to perform from the assistance of transparent and well displayed data. To have an impact on the business bottom line by driving changes through data.
- Prepare Daily; Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly process reports with grid, graphical and presentation view to analyse current & previous performance.
- Prepare automated excel sheets linked directly from database.
- Understand the reporting need of operations team and make customized excel spreadsheets according to required details.
- Monitor the following on daily basis
- Schedule Adherence, Attendance, Break exceed, logins, call queues, Call volumes, etc
- Ensure that the daily reports are run and trackers are updated accordingly.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
• Must have Good communication skills.
• Must have excellent advanced Excel skills and VBA. And experience in preparing various reports using V-lookup Table, Charts, Wizards
• Should have skills and experience in preparing PPT.
• Must have VBA coding knowledge
Advance Background check:- The applicant's profile would be verified for background ahead of joining and the offer letter would be a subject to a green BGV report.
A current employment gap of more than 6 months would not be considered.
Work From Home(WFH) readiness: A sound internet (Fibre Net) mandatory
LAN connection (minimum 50 Mbps for uploads & downloads) with a separate noise free room to work from home as the agent may have to work from both office & home with prior notification. A good/steady internet connection – Fibre Net preferred and mandatory LAN connection
Mandatory 50 Mbps for upload and download and 300 gb plan – must share Ookla speed test snapshot

MS - Office (Not Mandatory)
Processor - i5 and above or if anyone wants to go with i3, it must be Gen8 and higher

Start Date:- Subject to availability however is expected and appreciated to join ASAP.
Shift Timings: UK Shift (Any 9 hrs shift in the work window between 6:00AM to 02:30AM India Time) The said timings may vary based on business requirements.
Working Days: 5 Days a week with 2 rotational offs
Education & Experience required: Graduate with minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
