Process: 100% voice based UK inbound Customer Service for Car Insurance. The candidate should be flexible to switch to chat/email based support per the requirement & should be comfortable to offer different products and services to the customer. Candidate should be comfortable in working from office as well as home.
THIS VACANCY IS FOR THE UPCOMING Oct 2021 INTAKE WITH THE DATE OF JOINING 01-Oct-2021(Fri) AND THIS TRAINING BATCH WILL COMMENCE IN OFFICE. SO THE TRAINING AND SUBSEQUENT DEPLOYMENT WILL BE IN OFFICE PREMISES ONLY AND IT WILL NOT BE A WORK FROM HOME.
HOWEVER THE APPLICANT MUST HAVE THE REQUIRED "WORK FROM HOME(WFH)" INFRASTRUCTURE (mentioned below in detail) READY DESPITE THE PLANNED START OF THE BATCH FROM OFFICE..
Advance Background check:- The applicant's profile would be verified for background ahead of joining and the offer letter would be a subject to a green BGV report.
A current employment gap of more than 6 months would not be considered.
Work From Home(WFH) readiness: A sound internet (Fibre Net) mandatory
LAN connection (minimum 50 Mbps for uploads & downloads) with a separate noise free room to work from home as the agent may have to work from both office & home with prior notification. A good/steady internet connection – Fibre Net preferred and mandatory LAN connection

Start Date:- Monday, 01-Oct-2021(tentative) that may vary depending the circumstances.
Shift Timings: UK Shift (Any 9 hrs shift in the work window between 6:00AM to 02:30AM India Time) The said timings may vary based on business requirements.
Working Days: 5 Days a week with 2 rotational offs
Education & Experience required: Minimum 10+2 and must have at least 12 months experience in International Voice Campaign. UK calling experience is preferred. The applicant should not have a work gap more than 6 months from the date of application.
