Content Development and Social Media Handling:
• Can search & draft catchy Articles/Blogs
• Capable of writing Web page contents
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines
• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
• Update website content as needed
• Research industry-related topics
• Research, outline, write, proof, and publish engaging digital content
. • Regularly develop various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and internal communication
. • Assist in content calendar preparation
. • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas
. • Edit content written by other members of the team.
• Accountable for Implementing various Employee Engagement programs.
• Design and deliver Employee Engagement activities including Virtual Team Building, Festival Activation, Employee Surveys, R&R, ensuring employee engagement & establishing positive culture.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels and promote an energizing and open work environment.
• Planning and launching company-wide employee engagement and wellness initiatives for reinforcing the organization’s brand.
• Analysis of various activities and preparing reports
. • Communications Handling all internal communications with PS Team
. • One should be able to work with in the budget which has been provided by Management for any project
. • Exposure to coordinate with vendors

Shift Timings: UK Shift (Any 9 hrs shift in the work window between 6:30AM to 12:30AM India Time) The said timings may vary based on business requirements.
Working Days: 5 Days a week with 2 rotational offs
Education & Experience required:Graduate or above with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
