Working Considerations
Minimum Education: 10+2
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Shift Timings: 6:30 AM IST - 2:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 days working in the week
Location: Flexibility to work both from home and the office based on business requirements within Admiral's serviceable area.
WFH (Work from Home) – need assurance of a noise free quite/separate room providing an ability to work without interference, continuity and maintaining complete data integrity. There is a need for an existing stable Wi-Fi connection from a reliable telecom vendor having a minimum speed of 75mbps and uninterrupted power supply.
WFO (Work from Office) - we do ensure that we take adequate safety precautions and remain compliant with government prescribed rules and regulations.
Summary of the role
We are looking for a Delhi-based Risk Assistant Manager to join our team and support Line 1 management of Risk Events. The successful candidate will report to the Delhi Risk Manager who will be UK based.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Line 1 Risk Partnering team in the Customer & Conduct Department and establish a career in Risk, Governance and Compliance. Customer & Conduct are a first-line team that sit across EUI Ltd. The Risk Partnering team are focused on supporting Business & Functional areas with their risk management processes and promoting consistency in risk management and Group Standards.
Role and Its Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support and challenge Operations Manager and Risk Champions with the management of Risk Events to ensure timely progression.
Represent 1st line Risk in relevant working groups and meetings.
Work within a small team to deliver key objectives set for the area.
Carry out detailed Risk Event RCA and trend analysis and identify ways to improve.
Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships across EUI which includes stakeholders of all levels and senior management.
Provide detailed updates and reports.
Keep a good record of your work.
Ingredients to Success:
+2-year Risk Management/ Risk Champion experience.
A good understanding of EUI Risk Management practices.
Previous stakeholder management experience.
Requirements:
Passionate about our customers and the journey they receive to provide good customer outcomes.
Confident in dealing with, influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels. This will include leading meetings.
The ability to work proactively using your own initiative and work as part of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
A genuine desire to contribute towards building a strong team culture, act professionally and be hardworking.
A positive attitude with the ability to look for solutions and find a way.
