Working Considerations
Minimum Education: 10+2
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role (International) such as UK, US or Australian customers.
Shift Timings: 6:30 AM IST - 2:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 days working in the week
Salary: CTC INR 4,25,000
DOJ: 23-03-2026
Location: Flexibility to work both from home and the office based on business requirements within Admiral's serviceable area.
WFH (Work from Home) – need assurance of a noise free quite/separate room providing an ability to work without interference, continuity and maintaining complete data integrity. There is a need for an existing stable Wi-Fi connection from a reliable telecom vendor having a minimum speed of 75mbps and uninterrupted power supply.
WFO (Work from Office) - we do ensure that we take adequate safety precautions and remain compliant with government prescribed rules and regulations.
Summary of the role
We are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic, self-motivated and talented individual to take on the role of case handler.
The role is one where you will be representing our clients who have suffered out of pocket expenses as a result of a road traffic accident. Bringing a claim against the Defendant for damages. The successful candidate will deal with a caseload of claims in which the other driver is disputing liability in full or in part for the accident from the commencement of the claim. This can be a difficult time for our clients and therefore you will be there from the start of their claim, reassuring and empathising with them.
Aside from investigating the accident circumstances, you may be responsible for the investigation of our client’s claim for out-of-pocket expenses. Your role will involve gathering all the required evidence in respect of their losses and presenting them to the Defendant for full recovery.
With your own caseload, you’ll advise your clients on the best course of action. In this fast-paced role, you’ll effectively manage and progress your own caseload using our in-house case management system (and in line with our SLAs), keeping clients informed of progress every step of the way.

We are looking for someone who has a keen eye for detail, a passion for the role and a desire to get the best outcome for clients. It goes without saying that you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, not to mention an unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding client care.
Ideally, we would like to hear from those people who have a genuine interest in law and be willing to learn new skills and approaches to tasks. Numeracy, literacy and IT skills are vital. Whilst you will be supported in your role, you will need to be able to manage your time effectively, ensuring adherence with service level agreements and deadlines. Being able to prioritise your work in what can be a busy environment will be essential.
