Working Considerations

Minimum Education: Graduate
Experience: 4 years   
Shift Timings: 6:30 AM IST - 2:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 days working in the week (2 Rotational week-offs)
DOJ: Immediate Joiners preferred

Location: Flexibility to work both from home and the office based on business requirements within Admiral's serviceable area.

WFH (Work from Home) – need assurance of a noise free quite/separate room providing an ability to work without interference, continuity and maintaining complete data integrity. There is a need for an existing stable Wi-Fi connection from a reliable telecom vendor having a minimum speed of 75mbps and uninterrupted power supply.
WFO (Work from Office) - we do ensure that we take adequate safety precautions and remain compliant with government prescribed rules and regulations.

Summary of the role

  • Ensure proper routing, sequence, adequate ETA for the trips and business allocation to suppliers well on time as per defined TAT.
  • Ensuring vehicles are assigned on all trips.
  • Monitoring all the vehicles are running through Routematic app and GPS feed.
  • Tracking of cabs at the time of pickup.
  • Pro-actively analyse and work on staff boarding pickup waiting time to ensure on time reporting of cabs. Share the necessary feedback to concern employees and his respective TM.
  • Supervise vendor’s ground team and coordinate to identify if there is any issue in pickup cab arrangement.
  • Share the feedback within the team if any need to make any changes for next day.
  • Handle to 24*7 transport helpdesk number.
  • Handling all concerns (verbal, walk-in, app feedback or email) during the shift and providing the resolution on priority and update the same in grievance tracker.
  • Ensure all the drivers and vehicles in the fleet are compliant and keep zero tolerance on non-compliance.
  • Ensure basic health check of vehicle and driver’s condition during drop.
  • Ensure proper guard deployment on the trips and maintain attendance record of guards.
  • Ensure safe drop confirmation/tracking of female employees travelling during odd hours to be closed without fail.
  • Manage asset movement for IT equipment etc.
  • Manage adhoc requirement for medical/personal exigency, CSR activities, team bonding, client booking or events.
  • Do BAC test done (breath alcohol content) whenever require and maintain report for the same.

Additional Requirements:

  • Prepare daily shift wise pickup arrival reports and send within 15 minutes of cab arrival of shift with all the leaders.
  • Raise feedback against driver/vendor’s failure through email.
  • No show by female users during drop to be shared with TMs to ensure whether they have provided undertaking letter duly signed to security to declare that they are commuting on their own.
  • Maintain and publish all reports related to transport operations as per required format and frequency.
  • Ensuring pro-active communication to stakeholders in case of any immediate issue in any locality or road during cab movement. Facilitate new joiner’s registration and their roster.
  • Maintain transport records with joiners and leavers information.
  • Ensure daily driver/guard’s briefing to be done and key points to be discussed in the same.
  • Download sheet of roster for upcoming day as backup for BCP in case of system failure.
