Working Considerations

Minimum Education: 10+2
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role (International) such as UK, US or Australian customers.   
Shift Timings: 6:30 AM IST - 2:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 days working in the week
Salary: CTC INR 4,25,000

Location: Flexibility to work both from home and the office based on business requirements within Admiral's serviceable area.

WFH (Work from Home) – need assurance of a noise free quite/separate room providing an ability to work without interference, continuity and maintaining complete data integrity. There is a need for an existing stable Wi-Fi connection from a reliable telecom vendor having a minimum speed of 75mbps and uninterrupted power supply.
WFO (Work from Office) - we do ensure that we take adequate safety precautions and remain compliant with government prescribed rules and regulations.

Summary of the role

The Information Rights team handles several key workstreams, including Subject Access Requests (SARs) and Erasure Requests. As an Information Rights Executive, you’ll be responsible for ensuring these requests are processed accurately and in line with GDPR and data protection legislation.

Your day-to-day work will involve gathering and reviewing information such as call recordings, documents, and file notes, ensuring that disclosures are complete, relevant, and compliant. Attention to detail is essential, as you’ll often be working with sensitive and confidential material.

We provide services across the entire UK insurance business, as well as Loans and Pioneer brands. Every request requires care, precision, and professionalism.

  • Confidence in interpreting and applying data protection principles.
  • Excellent communication skills for supporting customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Subject Access Requests and Erasure Requests in compliance with data protection law.
  • Locate and collate relevant information (documents, calls, file notes).
  • Review and redact sensitive or irrelevant information before disclosure.
  • Gather data across multiple brands (Service, Gladiator, Travel, Veygo, etc.).
  • Act as the first point of contact for Information Rights queries, ensuring responses are accurate, timely, and compliant.
  • Apply relevant ICO guidance and case law to requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of all requests, responses, disclosures, and exemptions.
  • Liaise with internal departments such as Data Protection, Household, IT, and Central Underwriting.
