Working Considerations

Minimum Education: Graduate/Advanced skills in tools like Excel, SQL, DAX, Power Automate and Power BI
Experience: Minimum 3 years+
Shift Timings: 6:30 AM IST - 2:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 days working in the week
Vaccination: Fully Vaccinated (Preferred)

Location: Flexibility to work both from home and the office based on business requirements within Admiral's serviceable area.

WFH (Work from Home) – need assurance of a noise free quite/separate room providing an ability to work without interference, continuity and maintaining complete data integrity. There is a need for an existing stable Wi-Fi connection from a reliable telecom vendor having a minimum speed of 75mbps and uninterrupted power supply.
WFO (Work from Office) - we do ensure that we take adequate safety precautions and remain compliant with government prescribed rules and regulations.

Summary of the role

As an HR Analyst – People Services, you will play a key role in transforming HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about improving employee experience through analytics. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data, building reports and dashboards, and supporting automation initiatives. Your work will help HR and business leaders understand workforce trends, make informed decisions, and continuously improve people-related processes. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in HR analytics while contributing to impactful projects in a collaborative and dynamic environment. 

Role and Its Responsibilities

Advanced Excel Skills: - Use advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IFERROR, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, TEXT Formulas, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation to manage and analyze data efficiently.
Automation Support: - Contribute to automating recurring reports and HR forms using Excel macros, Power Query, MS Form, SharePoint and Power BI. Support efforts to streamline data processes and improve reporting efficiency.
Data Collection & Compilation: - Gather HR-related data from various sources such as HRIS, payroll, employee records, surveys, and exit interviews. Ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting and analysis.
Reporting & Dashboards: - Create and maintain basic dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, headcount, compensation trends). Support the development of visualizations that provide clear insights to stakeholders.
Data Analysis: - Basis on the analysis preparing summaries and insights for HR and business leaders.
Ad-Hoc Requests: - Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from HR and business teams. Assist in compiling data for presentations and decision-making.
Process Improvement: - Participate in initiatives to improve data quality and reporting processes. Research and suggest ways to enhance automation and reduce manual work.
Collaboration: - Work closely with senior analysts and HR partners to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Support cross-functional projects involving HR data and analytics.
