    Position Title – Leadership Development Trainer
    Job Description
    Key Duties & Responsibilities
    ✓ Site level role and offering opportunity to influence various teams and parameters
    ✓ Influence leaders and stakeholders, demonstrate effective consulting skills, with an ability to influence in all directions and at all levels
    ✓ Building Leadership competencies across for Team Managers.
    ✓ Creating content and implementing training both digital and offline (Leadership & Behavioural), basis the business strategy. Design evaluation methods to measure the impact of the program.
    ✓ Training and mentoring new and existing Team managers to learn company culture.
    ✓ Mentoring staffs who have been identified to go through a special Training/focussed session both regarding understanding and implementation of learning.
    ✓ Help managers to develop their team members through career pathing.
    ✓ To plan and run induction and probation processes for all New Managers.
    ✓ Plan tailored programme for all existing TM’s and SCRs in the Delhi site. Training packs to be designed accordingly.
    ✓ Design and expand development programmes based on the needs of the site and the targeted group.
    ✓ Provide leadership development coaching to all People Managers
    ✓ To work to maintain and build on the team’s working relationship with other teams/ departments and provide an excellent service to both internal and external customers.
    ✓ Create monthly reports and consolidated report to be shared with all stakeholders.
    ✓ Deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
    Ideal Candidate Profile
    ✓ 5 + years of experience in designing and delivering Learning & Development Training, group facilitation training.
    ✓ Experience in Management/Leadership Development Training
    ✓ Very good understanding of e-Learning platforms and practices.
    ✓ Open to learn Admiral people Management and culture.
    ✓ Exhibit superior communication skills including interpersonal communication, written communications, and classroom and virtual facilitation skills
    ✓ Strong instructional design skills, including evaluation methodologies.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    ✓ Any degree (BA or BS) in relevant field such as education, instructional design, organisational development, Executive coaching experience, or equivalent experience
