Role Introduction -
Role: Provide best-in-class customer service & experience to our UK-based motor and home insurance policy holders. This role requirements 100% voice contributions, while you should be flexible to move to Email and Webchat processes basis business needs.
Date of joining: 01-Feb-2022(Tuesday)
A work gap of more than 6 months will not be entertained at the time of application.
Office Location: Gurugram, Haryana. Require initially to work from office for minimum 3 months. WFH available basis business needs and any external factors. The work place as Office or Home or a Hybrid (both home and office rotationally) is dependent on business requirement and feasibility of the same on account of logistical requirements and covid appropriate environment for all in the workplace.
Shift hours: Flexible to work in 24 * 7 environment

Separate noise-free room, no sharing allowed.
Mandatory combined download-upload speed - 50 MBPS with 300 GB plan.
Manage Inbound calls with an aim to provide First Call Resolution (FCR) to customers
Handle customer queries, escalations, with adherence to quality & compliance guidelines
Display ownership, accountability and demonstrate in-depth process/system knowledge
Quick decisioning ability and presence of mind

1 year+ of International Calling Experience in Customer services (Voice)
Academic Background: Undergraduate/ Graduate
