  • The role of the Renewals -CCR is primarily about managing our customers communications to provide a high quality of customer service, retain existing clients and increase the company’s reputation.

    They are the most important people as they are multitasking who interact with the multiple customers at once. the ability to multi-task and strong problem-solving skills.

    Fluency in reading, writing and speaking of the English Language is a must. Should be flexible in the working hours.

    Minimum Eligibility:

    Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate(or final year result awaited)
    Work Experience: Min 12 months in an international BPO/Call/Contact center environment in an Email/Chat support program

     

    Job Description:

    Is high on integrity
    Safe guards all customer Financial and personal details.
    Must complete 7 Hours 30 minutes of log in.
    Taking ownership and resolving of the customers query.
    Ability to multi task & strong problem-solving skills.
    Responding to incoming emails & live customer web chats from the websites.
    Delivering outstanding customer service on multiple web chats at same time.
    Able to remain active to multiple web chats at once.
    Quickly assess the needs of the customers and proactively providing solutions.
    Should keep an eye to look for opportunities to upsell & cross-sell additional services to the customers.
    No instance of rudeness with the customer is observed.
    Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive task.
    Should have a typing speed of 30 WPM /90% accuracy.
    Should be a team player.
    Keen to learn.
    Willing to take feedback on board.
    Excellent written skills.
    Should be flexible to different shifts & days.

     

    Work From Home(WFH) readiness: A sound internet (Fibre Net) mandatory

    LAN connection (minimum 50 Mbps for uploads & downloads) with a separate noise free room to work from home as the agent may have to work from both office & home with prior notification. A good/steady internet connection – Fibre Net preferred and mandatory LAN connection

    Manage and resolve the inbound calls from our very important customers
